The e-auction for institutional plots in Greater Noida, initiated by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), spans five categories. These strategically located plots in Sectors 18, 20, and 22E, near Jewar Airport, will offer an ideal setting for nursing homes, hospitals, maternity centres, corporate offices, and senior secondary schools.
YEIDA's newly launched scheme allows interested parties to apply for plot acquisition until January 1, 2024, with the e-auction process slated for completion by February 29, 2024. The plots will be allotted on a leasehold basis for 90 years. The scheme enables the bidding of 11 plots, ranging from 1000 square meters to 10900 square meters, through e-auction. The reserve prices vary from Rs 4.75 crore to Rs 25.95 crore, respectively. ICICI Bank is the designated banking partner for the e-auction.
To participate, prospective buyers can download the brochure from the official YEIDA site, paying a processing fee of Rs 25,000. These plots, strategically located near Jewar Airport and key landmarks like International Film City, F-1 MotoGP Track, Medical Device Park, Electronic Manufacturing Cluster, and Toy Park, are also adjacent to the Yamuna Expressway, ensuring connectivity to the proposed Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
Institutions intending to utilize the allocated land must adhere to standards and develop civic amenities. Institutions are expected to construct a range of facilities aligned with their purposes. Hospitals should establish medical facilities, ATMs, auditoriums, bank counters, information centres, canteens, stores, international conference centres, and chemist shops. Nursing homes should include clinical laboratories, chemist shops, and treatment centres. Corporate office spaces must feature corporate offices, conference rooms, seminar halls, multi level parking, and auditoriums. Senior secondary schools should develop premises with a canteen, swimming pool, library, labs, indoor games hall, and hostels.
