With Gujarat currently contributing almost 20 percent of hBits' investor base, the company aims to leverage the state's versatile investors. The platform provides innovative opportunities for fractional ownership in Grade-A commercial assets across India, diversifying portfolios for Gujarat's HNIs. hBits facilitates investments in Grade A commercial real estate throughout key Indian markets via its fractional ownership model. Ahmedabad, among the top six cities in India, boasts a significant population of HNIs, while other Gujarat cities like Surat and Rajkot also exhibit a substantial HNI base. hBits strategically offers opportunities for HNIs to invest in Grade-A commercial properties, including offices and warehouses, across India through fractional ownership. This approach presents an avenue for earning an average rental yield of up to 10 percent with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of up to 18 percent, as highlighted in the company's statement.
