Raymond Realty unveils Thane's most expansive clubhouse at Ten X Habitat

Raymond Realty marked a new milestone as it inaugurated one of Thane’s largest ever clubhouse in its maiden project, Ten X Habitat. This event is a significant achievement for the company, particularly as it comes well ahead of the complete delivery of the Ten X Habitat project.
Spanning over 51000 square feet, this newly inaugurated clubhouse is one the largest and greenest in Thane. Its design and facilities reflect a commitment to fostering community spirit, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and offering a diverse range of recreational activities to residents.
The massive clubhouse features a multipurpose hall, courts for squash and badminton, a movie theatre, a state-of-the-art gym, and a serene swimming pool. The clubhouse also introduces innovative amenities, such as a communal catering kitchen, enabling residents to prepare meals for large gatherings, thereby enhancing the sense of community.
