Kolte Patil unveils two residential projects in Mumbai

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. has started two redevelopment projects in Mumbai, expanding its selection of residential properties there. K52 in Khar and Alora in Kalina, are the two new launches and are said to have an income potential of INR 110 crore and INR 300 crore respectively.

Twenty 2BHK flats make up the opulent custom residential tower K52 in Khar. The project spans 1,252 square metres and has 12 inhabited floor spaces in addition to four podium level floors. Each house has a carpet space of roughly 844 square feet and a ticket value of INR 6 crore or more.

The gated community of Alora in Kalina, Santacruz spans 1.34 acres and is made up of five 11-story towers with a variety of 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans with prices ranging from INR 2.8 crore to INR 4.5 crore. The project has been deliberately built with plenty of open natural spaces to accommodate modern desires.

The Mumbai market which accounted for 19% of KPDL's total sales of INR 1,528 crore in the first nine months of FY23, is the area where the company is concentrating on growing its market share. The company is rapidly extending its presence in Mumbai with three further ongoing projects in key areas, including K52 and Alora, as well as Goregaon, Borivali, and Dahisar.
