Devdaya Nagar CHS registered 2 deals and there were 1 deal each in the other 6 buildings. The attractiveness of Pokhran Road can be gauged by the presence of well-established builders such as Tata Housing, Hiranandani Group, Raymond Group, etc.
Raymond The Address (GS West One Park) bags the top spot for selling the most expensive flat for the month for a total sale value of Rs. 3.15 Crores. While on the other hand, Shree Laxmi Park Phase 1 was the most affordable option in Pokhran Road with a sale value of about Rs. 50 Lakhs.
It is quite diversified in terms of carpet area as families are looking for bigger homes as 62% of the flats were above 500 square feet. In terms of Carpet Area the largest carpet area of 1,396 square feet was sold in Raymond The Address and the smallest Carpet Area was sold in Raunak Residency measuring only 335 square feet. However the average carpet area hovered around 700 square feet. In the range of 1-500 square feet carpet area 8 flats were sold, 9 flats were in the range of 500-1000 square feet and 4 flats were between the 1,000-1,500 square feet mark. This goes to show the diverse population and requirements of families deciding to purchase flats in Pokhran Road.

The most expensive rate per square foot for Pokhran Road was in Tata Housing Serein where it was Rs. 26,109 and the least expensive rate per square foot was registered in Laxmi Park Phase 1 for Rs. 11,741. The average rate per square foot for the locality is about Rs. 20,000 which is testament of the locality maturing and demonstrating steady growth. About 60% of the flats sold this month were above the Rs.1 Crore mark and 40% of the flats sold were below Rs. 1 Crore.
