The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled a transformative group housing plot scheme in Greater Noida's Sector 22-D. This initiative encompasses six diverse plot categories and is anticipated to reach multi-crore valuations.
YEIDA started inviting applications for plots in Sector 22-D, Greater Noida on September 28, 2023 and will continue to accept the applications till October 27, 2023. The process of selecting successful applicants will be finalized before November 21 and the e-auction would be conducted on the same day, providing selected individuals with an exclusive opportunity to acquire land.
Detailed information and updates can be accessed through YEIDA's official website. The information includes details on plot area, sector, per square meter allocation rate, and the reserved price. The reserved prices, inclusive of Preferential Location Charges (PLC), range from Rs 61.50 crore to Rs 135.3 crore, with a corresponding registration fee between Rs 6.15 crore and Rs 13.53 crore. The reserved prices reflect the anticipated value and potential of the plots, affirming the significance of this endeavour in the real estate market.
The plots GH-01A-1 to GH-1C-2 in Sector 22-D have been earmarked for this Group Housing Scheme. In adherence to the scheme's parameters, applications are being welcomed for the allocation of plots ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 square meters, catering to the evolving housing needs of the community. The initiative aims not only to stimulate economic activity through the e-auction but also to cater to the escalating demand for housing in Greater Noida. ICICI Bank has collaborated with YEIDA as an exclusive banking partner for this venture.
