The district administration in Noida is taking proactive steps to address the growing burden on its existing sub-registrar offices, which are responsible for property registrations and related documentation. With the surge in property transactions in the region, these offices are grappling with an excessive workload, leading to delays in property registration and paperwork processing. On average, each sub-registrar office is expected to process 60 to 70 property registrations daily. However, in reality, the Dadri office is currently handling over 200 registries daily, while the Greater Noida offices are managing more than 150.
