Awfis expands with 11 new flexible workspace centres in South India

Awfis, a leading flexible workspace provider, is embarking on a substantial expansion in South India by unveiling plans to establish 11 new centres. These centres will be strategically located across key cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi. This expansion is in line with Awfis' commitment to cater to the evolving workspace requirements in the southern region, where they intend to add over 8000 seats.

Each property has been meticulously selected to align with the unique dynamics of its respective city. Hyderabad, known for its thriving IT and start up ecosystem, will witness Awfis expanding into areas such as DSL Uppal, Madhapur, Banjara Hills, and the Financial District. In Bengaluru, Awfis will increase its presence in Whitefield and ORR. Meanwhile, Chennai will see growth in OMR and Perungudi. Additionally, Awfis has responded to its pilot centre’s success in Kochi by adding more centres in MG Road and KRL Road.
