Krishna Thorat, the Regional Director for the Mumbai Region at Star HFL confirmed that the Vashi branch is just one of several physical offices the company plans to establish in the Mumbai region. The Vashi branch will serve the surrounding areas, including Panvel, Belapur, Airoli, Ulwe, Taloja, and Dronagiri.
Sandeep Kadam, the Chief Business Officer of Star HFL also shared his views, stating that the Mumbai region is vast, encompassing micro markets that include semi-urban and quasi-rural areas. Therefore, it makes strategic sense for Star HFL to establish a physical presence in key locations. Star HFL's new Vashi office underscores their dedication to meeting the housing finance needs of the Mumbai region, especially in areas with thriving real estate markets and ambitious homebuyers.
