Ashiana Housing, a prominent real estate developer listed on both NSE and BSE, is embarking on an ambitious expansion journey in Western India. Their strategic growth plan encompasses a diverse range of residential and senior living projects with the aim of reshaping the real estate landscape in this dynamic region.
The company has already taken significant strides in this direction with two remarkable projects Ashiana Malhar and Ashiana Amodh, situated in Hinjawadi and Talegaon, Pune. These ventures exemplify Ashiana Housing's dedication to sophistication, convenience and community development. These projects span a total area of 23.26 acres, with 11.93 acres allocated for the Senior Living Project and 11.33 acres for the Premium Housing Project. This reflects Ashiana Housing's commitment to improving the quality of life, evident in their substantial investment of approximately Rs 550 crore.
Ashiana Malhar, covering 11.33 acres, will offer a total of 990 residential units. Phase I comprises 224 spacious units, featuring two and three-bedroom apartments with carpet areas ranging from 733 sq. ft. to 1045 sq. ft. With 14 floors in each tower and ample parking facilities the project is thoughtfully designed to meet Pune's residents' discerning needs. Following the success of Phase 1, Ashiana Housing is gearing up for the eagerly anticipated Phase 2 of Malhar while also securing land for their next senior living project in Panvel.
Ashiana Amodh, spanning 11.93 acres, will be developed in four phases with an investment of Rs 275 crore. Phase I, expected to be delivered by October 2026, will include 220 units offering various options such as 3BHK+2Toilets, 2BHK+2Toilets, and 1BHK+2Toilets with usable areas ranging from 637.34 sq ft to 1122.36 sq ft.
