Siddha Group, a prominent national real estate developer, in collaboration with Sejal Group, has successfully obtained the Occupation Certificate (OC) for two Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) towers as part of their project 'Siddha Seabrook' in Kandivali, Mumbai. The towers, consisting of 22 and 23 floors respectively, provide housing for more than 450 families. Siddha and Sejal Group have been making significant strides in the redevelopment space in Mumbai, establishing themselves as major players in the industry.
Samyak Jain, Director of Siddha Group, expressed his satisfaction with the tenants' rehabilitation process, stating that the company is delighted to hand over possession to the tower’s new residents. By relocation these slum dweller, the company has assisted in improving their living standards and enhancing their lifestyle. Jain also commended the government's efforts in improving the living conditions of marginalized communities in Mumbai. The Siddha Seabrook project includes an Open Sale Component, which features the tallest residential tower in Kandivali (W) rising 57 floors high. This component consists of 282 exclusive apartments and has reached completion within a span of 60 months, despite delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, the tower is in the fit-out possession stage. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK residences, along with a few premium 3 BHK Sky Garden apartments.
