InvestoXpert, a leading player in the real estate sector, achieved remarkable success in facilitating property sales in fiscal year 2023-24, registering significant growth. The company facilitated sales worth INR 2050 crore during this period, showcasing a remarkable 95% year-over-year growth compared to the previous fiscal year.
In fiscal year 2022-23, InvestoXpert had facilitated property sales worth INR 1050 crore.
In terms of total area sold, InvestoXpert facilitated transactions covering 2 million square feet of property space during fiscal 2023-24. Residential sales constituted 95% of the total volume, with the remaining 5% being commercial property.
This stellar sales performance translated to robust revenue growth for InvestoXpert. The company generated INR 56 crore in revenue for fiscal 2023-24, marking a significant 55% increase over the previous year's INR 36 crore.

Looking ahead, InvestoXpert has set ambitious sales targets of INR 4000 crore for the upcoming financial year. With a strategic focus on leveraging trends and capitalizing on emerging opportunities, the company is set for further expansion and growth.
During fiscal 2023-24, InvestoXpert observed specific industry trends, including rising luxury demand. Additionally, the second and fourth quarters collectively accounted for almost 70% of business, underscoring seasonal market variations.
