Homebuyers in Jaipur looking for a taste of luxury living will soon have a new option. Local developer Shubhashish Homes has announced a partnership with Gurnani Group to develop a high-end villa project on Main SEZ Road, conveniently located just 100 metres from the bustling Ajmer Road.

Mohit Jajoo, Executive Director & CEO of Shubhashish Homes, stated that they are targeting a launch in the later half of this financial year, subject to approvals. Jajoo emphasised the project's significance, stating that it will be a very luxurious villa project and a landmark project for Rajasthan.
This project marks Shubhashish Homes' third major venture in the Ajmer Road micro-market, highlighting their confidence in the area's potential. Jajoo also revealed that the company has a busy year ahead, with four launches planned for the current fiscal year.
