The apartment sizes also varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 1,814 square feet in Windsor Troika and the smallest being 967 square feet in Splendid Lake Dews. The prices per square foot in Begur ranged from INR 119 to INR 5,386, with an average of around INR 3,787.
Most apartments sold were in the coveted 1,000 to 1,500 square feet range, suggesting a demand for efficient living spaces. Begur's real estate market offers properties across various budgets. Close to 50% of the apartments sold in March fell within the range of INR 25 lakh to INR 50 lakh, catering to a large segment of homebuyers. However, the area also caters to those seeking luxury, with over 40% of apartments priced between INR 50 lakhs and INR 1 crore.
As March ended, Begur emerged as a real estate hotspot, offering a harmonious blend of affordability, luxury, and versatility. With its modern amenities, excellent connectivity, and diverse range of properties, this area has something for everyone seeking a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
