Close to 50% of the apartments sold in March fell within the range of INR 25 lakh to INR 50 lakh, catering to a large segment of homebuyers. However, the area also caters to those seeking luxury, with over 40% of apartments priced between INR 50 lakhs and INR 1 crore.
As March ended, Begur emerged as a real estate hotspot, offering a harmonious blend of affordability, luxury, and versatility. With its modern amenities, excellent connectivity, and diverse range of properties, this area has something for everyone seeking a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
