Realty firm Ashiana Housing sold out 224 luxury flats in Gurugram within 15 minutes of launch, generating sales of INR 440 crore. The project named 'Ashiana Amarah Phase 3' is located in sector 93 of Gurugram, Haryana. Ashiana Housing said registration for the flats began at 11 am, and by 11:15 am they had received 800 cheques for the 224 units on offer.
Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing, expressed happiness with the incredible response to the launch. He attributed it to the quality of their offerings and strong brand value built over the years.
The company's focus on kid-centric homes also resonated well with buyers. Gupta said people want their children to grow up in places with better amenities and quality of life. The Amarah project promises to deliver this. Ashiana Housing plans to launch the next phase in the coming quarters.

The Mahindra World City project will have 450 units while the ECR project will offer 1,050 units. Ashiana Vatsalya is Ashiana Housing's eighth senior housing project in the country and its second senior housing project in Chennai.
Ashiana Housing is also exploring expansion opportunities in other cities like Bengaluru and Mumbai. They are scouting for land on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, in Bengaluru, Jaipur, Gurugram and Jamshedpur. In Bengaluru, the company is looking for a 7 to 15-acre land parcel for a senior living project.
