Sobha Limited recorded a total sales value of INR 1,504 crore in Q4 FY24, up 2.77% from INR 1,463.4 crore in Q4 FY23. However, sequentially total sales decreased 22.93% from INR 1,951.6 crore in Q3 FY24. During Q4 FY24, the realtor launched 4 new residential projects with a total saleable area of 3.17 million square feet. The company's consolidated net profit increased 52.59% to INR 15.08 crore despite a 21.10% decrease in revenue from operations to INR 684.93 crore in Q3 FY24 over Q3 FY23.
Earlier this year, Sobha Ltd completed a INR 121 crore payment to Gurgaon-based Chintels India Pvt Ltd for land within their joint venture project, Sobha International City. This involves two separate land parcels, 2 acres and 5.8 acres, with a stamp duty payment of approximately INR 8.5 crore.
