This partnership centers around Vascon's forthcoming residential project in Katvi, Talegaon, and a commercial project in Kharadi, Pune. With a project revenue of approximately INR 140 crores, the commercial space covers a total saleable area of 115,780 sq. Ft. Developed by Vascon Engineering, the project spans 0.9 acres and boasts a premium building elevation, ample parking space, and world-class amenities.
