Shriram Properties sells 70 percent of project "Codename Ultimate" inventory

Shriram Properties, a prominent player in the residential real estate sector across South India, has recently garnered significant attention with the launch of its latest project, dubbed "Codename Ultimate," strategically located near Electronic City in Bengaluru.
During its inaugural weekend, the project experienced a remarkable uptake, witnessing the sale of nearly 70% of its available inventory. Spanning an expansive area of 5.0 lakh square feet, this Balinese-themed development boasts over 400 units, characterized by its tranquil ambience and emphasis on spacious living environments.
Drawing upon its extensive expertise and familiarity with the local market, Shriram Properties has solidified its position as a key player, having successfully delivered more than 2,700 units across three previous projects in the vicinity over the past 3-5 years. These include notable developments such as Shriram Summitt, Shriram Signiaa, and Shriram Smrithi. Additionally, the company is currently in the process of handing over 650 units in Shriram Liberty Square, with plans to deliver another 500 units in Phase-1 of Shriram 107 South East in the forthcoming quarters.
