ROSHN Group, backed by PIF and recognized as Saudi Arabia’s premier real estate developer, has commenced the fourth phase of its flagship “SEDRA'' project. This latest phase will add 4,860 residential units across 1.9 million square meters of development space. The initial offering includes 1,254 units available for purchase in the first round of sales.
