Shapoorji Pallonji unveils Sequoia, a luxurious oasis in Bengaluru

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has launched 180 luxury apartments in its project Sequoia in Bengaluru with a saleable area of 4.3 lakh square feet, aiming for a revenue potential of almost INR500 crore. Sequoia marks the completion of the luxurious 46-acre oasis of green called Parkwest 2.0 in central Bengaluru.
The project Parkwest 2.0 has a total saleable area of over 18.4 lakh square feet. It will comprise 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments with a saleable area of 4.3 lakh square feet. The tower will have 30 floors. The company has so far handed over around 1,000 apartments.
Parkwest 2.0 offers easy connectivity to the Metro Station, Majestic Bus Stand, and City Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for those seeking proximity to the Central Business District, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, commercial complexes, restaurants, and entertainment options.
This year, SPRE launched 276 luxury homes in Pune with an estimated sales value of around INR 600 crore. It also re-entered the South Mumbai realty market with a new ultra luxury project 'The Odyssey' with an estimated revenue potential of more than INR 1,000 crore.
