Greater Noida Authority to allot 10 builder plots across 8 sectors

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has announced a plan to allocate ten builder plots across eight sectors of the city. These plots vary in size, ranging from 12,500 square metres to over 404,172 square metres, and are located in Sector 1, 10, 12, Mu, Eta 1, Pi, Pi 1, and Pi 2. The scheme for the allotment of these plots began on February 28 and will continue until April 3. During this time, interested parties can register on the State Bank of India portal, but the registration fee can be submitted until April 5, and the necessary documents can be submitted until April 7.

The reserve price for these ten builder plots ranges between Rs 35,000 per square metre and Rs 46,200 per square metre. GNIDA officials are optimistic about the response from buyers, as the plots are ready for allocation and are located in sectors close to the upcoming Noida International Airport and eastern and western dedicated freight corridors.

The officials stated that the e-auction's date and time are yet to be announced. However, interested applicants must register on the portal by April 3 and deposit a non-refundable and non-adjustable processing fee to participate in the e-auction.

This scheme for the allocation of builder plots is a significant development for the city of Greater Noida. With the Noida International Airport set to become a major transportation hub, the plots' proximity to the airport will be an essential factor for potential buyers. The eastern and western dedicated freight corridors will also have a significant impact on the region's economy, further increasing the plots' value.

As such, GNIDA's move to allocate these plots is an important step towards the city's development, providing an opportunity for builders and developers to invest in the region. This move will likely attract significant interest from buyers, both local and international, who are looking to expand their business and take advantage of the region's growth potential. Overall, the allocation of these builder plots is a positive development for the region, and it will be interesting to see the response from buyers as the e-auction draws near
