Raymond Realty forays into Mumbai's real estate market with 'The Address by GS” in Bandra

Raymond Realty, the real estate arm of Raymond Group, has announced its entry into Mumbai's real estate market with 'The Address by GS, Bandra', a luxury residential project. Spanning 2.74 acres, the project will materialize through joint development agreements (JDAs) with landowners. Boasting a gated community concept, it will feature an assortment of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments alongside a lavish array of amenities, including a sprawling 16,000 square feet clubhouse and high-street retail spaces.
The project is strategically situated in Bandra East, facilitating connectivity to prime locales like Bandra-Kurla Complex and Bandra-Worli Sea-Link. Furthermore, Raymond Limited emphasizes the project's exclusive high-street retail segment, augmenting the residents' living experience.
The 20-storey development encompasses 0.7 million sq ft RERA carpet area. The project entails a redevelopment initiative involving 10 buildings, with distinct segments for sale and rehabilitation, each situated on separate land parcels. The RERA deadline for this ambitious undertaking is set for January 2030. Projections estimate a revenue exceeding INR 2,000 crore.
Highlighting the absence of comparable projects, promoters tout 'The Address by GS, Bandra' to be a unique offering in the vicinity. Raymond Realty's current focus extends to developing projects within its 100-acre land bank in Thane, a strategic endeavor that started in 2019 to capitalize on the area's rising real estate potential, estimated at close to INR 25,000 crore.
