Oberoi Realty has recently signed a partnership with Marriott International to enhance luxury living experiences in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This agreement will result in the creation of two Marriott properties: the JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City and the Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City in Borivali. These projects, expected to be finished by 2027-2028, aim to reinvent urban life and hospitality in Mumbai, offering unmatched experiences for residents and visitors.
Chairman & Managing Director of Oberoi Realty Limited, Vikas Oberoi, expressed excitement about the venture. He highlighted the development of the JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City within Oberoi Garden City, Thane, spanning 75 acres. This integrated development will not only feature the luxurious hotel but also upscale residences and top-notch amenities.
Similarly, the Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City will be nestled within Sky City, Oberoi Realty's integrated living development spread across 25 acres in Borivali East. This project includes eight luxury residential towers and the expansive Sky City Mall covering 1.5 million square feet. Oberoi emphasised that these developments align with their vision of maximising space potential and transforming Mumbai's real estate landscape.

Additionally, Oberoi Realty looks forward to extending its longstanding association with Marriott International, which already includes managing hotels such as The Westin Mumbai Garden City and The Ritz-Carlton, Mumbai.
The JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City will be a significant addition to Oberoi Garden City in Thane, leveraging the area's infrastructure and connectivity to establish itself as a sought-after destination. Thane's appeal as an aspirational locale is further enhanced by Oberoi Realty's dedication to enhancing lifestyle through luxury apartments, green spaces, and quality education offerings.
On the other side, the Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City, which is located in Sky City by Oberoi Realty, will add to the integrated lifestyle experience. With approximately 1500 apartments already delivered and Sky City Mall set to open in fiscal year 2024-25, the development promises various family experiences.
