NBCC Ltd, a state-owned enterprise, recently announced its successful bid to redevelop the Ministry of External Affairs Housing in Delhi, with a project worth INR 262 crore. The groundbreaking ceremony, termed the "Bhoomi Poojan Ceremony," occurred on February 14, 2024, at KG Marg. Notable attendees included Y K Sailas Thangal, Joint Secretary at MEA; Nidhi Anand, Senior Architect at MEA; and K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD at NBCC.
This project with a value of approximately INR 261.70 crore, shows NBCC's role in executing this project. The scope of work includes the construction of 54 Type-VI Quarters, 18 Type-IV Quarters, and 18 Transit Quarters.
