Danube Properties launches Bayz101, a 101-storey skyscraper in Business Bay, Dubai

Danube Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, has unveiled its most ambitious project to date – Bayz101, a towering 101-level skyscraper situated in Business Bay, close to Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa.

This megastructure is set to become the company's largest and most iconic development, marking a significant milestone as Danube Properties celebrates a decade in business. The Bayz101 project aims to solidify Dubai's reputation as the City of Skyscrapers, joining the ranks of other towering structures like Burj Khalifa, Marina 101, and Princess Tower.

With the real estate market in Dubai attracting global attention, Danube Properties has experienced heightened interest from international investors, notably witnessing a 32% participation from Indian investors who have opted for the popular 1% monthly payment plan.

Reflecting on a successful year in 2023, Rizwan Sajan, the Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response to their seven projects, including collaborations with luxury brands such as Aston Martin, FashionTV, and Tonino Lamborghini Casa. Looking ahead, Sajan emphasized the company's commitment to continue building exceptional homes that bring joy to people's lives.

Bayz101 represents Danube Properties' 28th real estate venture, and its grand announcement aligns with the company's tenth anniversary. The project is strategically located in Business Bay, promising a total of 1,346 homes upon its completion in 2028. The development caters to diverse lifestyle needs and offers various housing options, including studio apartments, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK units, as well as retail spaces. Priced competitively, starting at INR 2.5 crore for studio units, the total development value exceeds INR 6500 crore.

To make homeownership more accessible, Bayz101 will offer a 1% monthly payment plan for prospective buyers. They are also offering a 10-year Golden Visa to homeowners who meet the investment criteria, subject to government approval.

The project offers over forty amenities including a health club, swimming pool, jogging track, sports arena, working space, business center, meeting place, tennis court, sky bar, and even on-call medical services.
