Brigade Group leases 54,000 sq.ft space to Sidvin Core Tech

Sidvin Core-Tech India has recently secured a substantial lease agreement with Brigade Group. The tech company is set to occupy an expansive 54,300 square feet of office space within Brigade Deccan Heights, located in Yeshwanthpur. The tenure of the agreement is said to be 10 years. Brigade Deccan Heights is spread over ab impressive 2.2 acres and boasts a vast development area of 4.3 lakh square feet.
The leasing transaction was formalized with Brigade Enterprises, a prominent real estate player in India. Nirupa Shankar, the Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, highlighted the contemporary shift in the discourse surrounding commercial properties. She noted, "The discussion around new commercial properties is now being influenced by sustainability and smart building designs, and we have taken a forward-thinking approach by creating commercial buildings as a symbol of ecological design." This underscores the growing emphasis on environmentally conscious and technologically advanced structures in the evolving landscape of commercial real estate.

Reflecting on the lease agreement, KN. Karumbaiah, the Vice President of Operations at Sidvin Core-Tech India, expressed enthusiasm about the additional space at Brigade Deccan Heights. He stated, "The additional space at Brigade Deccan Heights will help us expand our engineering operations and strengthen our presence in Bengaluru."
