According to Indextap.com, the "Satyaprem Ki Katha" actor purchased a Mumbai apartment for Rs. 17.50 crore, situated in Siddhi Vinayak Building within the Presidency co-operative society of Juhu. Covering an area of 1916 sq ft, the transfer deed indicated a stamp duty of Rs. 1.05 crore, with property documents officially registered on June 30.
In September of this year, Sonakshi Sinha purchased a new home in the posh 81 Aureate tower on KC Road in Bandra. This luxurious 26th-floor apartment, covering 2,208 sq ft, was procured for Rs 11 crore directly from renowned developers Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespaces. The deal, registered on August 29, involved an additional stamp duty payment of Rs 55 lakh, as revealed by documents from Zapkey.com.
In October 2023, actress and entrepreneur Preity Zinta acquired a lavish Mumbai apartment in the prestigious Pali Hill area of Bandra for Rs 17.01 crore. The luxurious residence, located on the 11th floor of the upscale Rustomjee Parishram Tower, spans 1,474 sq ft of carpet area and includes two reserved parking spots. The transaction, involving an additional exclusive area of 90 sq ft, was completed with Keystone Realtors Limited, a listed entity of the Rustomjee Group.
