Chalet Hotels Ltd. and K Raheja Corp Homes have formed a strategic alliance for a luxury residential project, Raheja Vivarea, in Bengaluru's sought-after Koramangala micro-market. Spanning 8.25 acres, this premium development includes 7.44 acres designated for high-end gated residences and 0.81 acres for Grade A commercial space. Raheja Vivarea comprises 9 towers with a total saleable area of 8.5 lakh sq. ft. Currently, 4 towers have received Occupancy Certificates.
Raheja Vivarea mirrors the success of its Mumbai counterpart. The collaboration showcases the synergy within the K Raheja Corp group, blending Chalet Hotels' expertise in hospitality and asset development with K Raheja Corp Homes' role as the project's marketing partner.
