ROSHN Group partners with Saudi National Bank for employee home ownership program

ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s prominent national real estate developer and a PIF-owned giga-project, has initiated a partnership with Saudi National Bank (SNB) for their Home Ownership Program (HOP). This collaboration marks a historic moment with SNB offering its employees the opportunity to acquire off-plan homes at preferential rates within ROSHN’s residential communities across the Kingdom. This program underscores ROSHN’s commitment to supporting companies like SNB by providing distinctive home-ownership packages to empower their employees.
As the largest financial group in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi National Bank (SNB) plays a vital role in supporting economic transformation and achieving the nation's Vision 2030. The SNB Home Ownership Program (HOP) offers subsidised financing with discounted rates, promoting housing access and aiding the bank’s employees in purchasing their dream homes.
The agreement, signed by ROSHN’s Group Chief Sales Officer, Jason Margetts, and SNB’s Head of Retail Business Group, Saud Abdulaziz Bajbair, facilitates SNB employees to purchase homes, including off-plan units, from any of ROSHN's developments across the Kingdom at discounted prices. This plan is available for a limited time across ROSHN’s innovative living spaces in Saudi Arabia.
In conclusion, ROSHN Group’s collaboration with SNB signifies a significant stride in supporting homeownership aspirations and enhancing living standards in Saudi Arabia. This significant milestone represents ROSHN’s inaugural offering through its new business channel, aiming to support companies and institutions with Home Ownership Programs. The Group anticipates fostering more collaborative partnerships with organisations involved in homeownership programs, to deliver high-quality living experiences to the Saudi people.
