The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has initiated a scheme to accelerate Uttar Pradesh's industrial and economic advancement by inviting applications for the allotment of commercial plots. The registration deadline for this plot allocation scheme is December 8, and the entire process will be conducted through the State Bank of India's e-tendering portal.
According to an official spokesperson, applications are being sought for the allotment of 22 plots in Greater Noida through the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme (FAR-4.0). The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for application ranges from Rs 2.19 crores to Rs 10.17 crores. The plots encompass various sectors, including Delta-2, Alpha-2, Ecotech-12, Technozone-8, Sector 12, and Sector 10.
The available plots consist of five plots measuring 2,313.47 square metres each in Sector Delta-2, five plots of 2,580 square metres each in Sector Alpha-2, a plot of 11,500 square metres in Sector Alpha-2, a 12,000 square metres plot in Sector Ecotech-12, a 10,000 square metres plot in Technozone-8, six plots of 10,400 square metres each in Sector 12, three plots of 10,600 square metres each in Sector 10, and a 9,250 square metres plot in Sector 10. Interested parties have time until December 8 to register for this opportunity, marking a strategic move by the GNIDA to foster economic growth in Uttar Pradesh through increased industrial activity in Greater Noida.
