India's prominent real estate developer, Brigade Enterprises, has introduced 'Brigade Sanctuary,' an esteemed residential venture seamlessly merging modern living with serene natural surroundings. Expanding over 14 acres on Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, this project offers 1275 units, featuring 1-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes, projecting a substantial gross revenue of Rs. 2,000 Cr.
Encompassing approximately 2 million sq. ft., it provides residents with convenient access to Sarjapur, Varthur, Whitefield, and the outer ring road, while being in proximity to international educational institutions and the upcoming Dommasandra metro station.
Pavitra Shankar, MD Brigade Group, notes a significant uptick in demand for premium residences in Bengaluru, especially among millennials.
