Roha Realty and Sabari Group have officially announced a strategic joint venture in Chembur, a move that consolidates Roha Realty's prominent position in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). This collaboration is set to redefine the landscape of premium living in Chembur, with a specific focus on creating sustainable residences enriched with modern amenities. The joint project, covering an extensive 6 lakh sq. ft., is projected to yield an estimated revenue of Rs 1000 crore. Scheduled for launch in the initial quarter of FY 24-25, this development underscores Roha Realty's unwavering commitment to both quality and strategic growth in the Chembur area. Apart from this new project, Roha Realty had recently entered into a redevelopment agreement with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for two societies in Subhash Nagar, Chembur. This strategic move aligns seamlessly with Roha Realty's core dedication to elevating the living experience for both residents and the broader community. The collaboration with Sabari Group, coupled with the ongoing Subhash Nagar redevelopment, anticipates a revenue generation of approximately Rs. 1,500 crores. Furthermore, Roha Realty has an additional Rs. 500 crore worth of projects in the pipeline within the same vicinity.
