This residence, which secured the national HGTV Ultimate House Hunt in Downtown Dwellings earlier this year, boasts a unique blend of history, modern conveniences, and an exceptional location, according to Scott Kirk, president and CEO of Interluxe Auctions. Initially listed at $5.35 million in September 2022, the restored home experienced a series of price reductions, bringing it to its current value. Noteworthy design features encompass hardwood floors, high ceilings, expansive windows, Venetian plaster walls, an impressive spiral staircase, and fireplaces with marble mantles.
