Abu Dhabi launches ADREC to transform real estate sector and attract global investors

The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) has formally introduced the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), with the objective of expediting development within the emirate’s real estate industry. ADREC will also supervise real estate development projects and collaborate with developers to guarantee the successful delivery of projects that improve residents’ quality of life. It will actively engage in real estate conferences and events, both domestically and internationally, to promote the Abu Dhabi real estate market and attract additional investments.
