Shortly after, the couple, renowned in their respective fields—Joe Jonas as a pop star from the iconic Jonas Brothers band and Sophie Turner acclaimed for her role as Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones"—officially announced their decision to part ways after four years of togetherness.
Not only did their marriage come to an end, but reports also suggest a parting of ways with their Manhattan real estate. This move is not unfamiliar territory for the A-list pair, who, having acquired the posh East Coast condo in 2018 for $5.6 million, had already attempted to sell it before the news of their divorce emerged, as revealed in property records.
The journey of listing their luxury abode has been a rollercoaster. Initially presented to the market in July 2020 with a price tag of $6.5 million, the condo experienced two price reductions—first to $5.9 million in August 2020 and further down to $5.4 million in November 2020—before ultimately being taken off the market in 2021.
