Akshara Haasan, the daughter of the “Vikram Hitlist” actor Kamal Haasan, has reportedly acquired a 2,354 square foot apartment in a luxury project in Khar, Mumbai for Rs15.75 crore. The apartment has a built-up area of 2,245 square feet and a connected balcony. The deal includes three parking spaces for cars, as indicated by the registration documents. The property sale agreement was signed between a couple from Bandra and the actress. Registered on September 27, she paid a stamp duty of Rs94.50 lakh for the apartment.
The apartment is situated on the 13th floor of the 15-story Ekta Verve tower on 16th Road in Khar. Ekta Verve is a recently launched high-end boutique residential project. This high-rise project has been developed by Ekta World, a reputable name in Mumbai’s real estate sector with 32 years of experience in the industry.
According to the MahaRERA portal, the 15-story tower consists of 18 apartments and a duplex. The project spreads over a total area of 11,326 and offers premium luxury apartments with 4, 5, and 7 bedrooms with carpet areas starting at 1,779 square feet.
Residents can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including both open and covered parking spaces, plush areas for recreational activities, a gymnasium and much more. The project also incorporates water conservation and rainwater harvesting practices to conserve valuable resources.
Akshara Haasan is the younger daughter of veteran Bollywood actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika, and the younger sister of Shruti Haasan. She has appeared in a few Hindi and Tamil films. She was introduced as an actress in the Bollywood comedy film "Shamitabh" in 2015, where she starred alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush. Her most recent appearance was in the Tamil film "Achcham Madam Naanam Payirppu."
