CRC Group's Noida projects targets a whopping Rs 3500 crore revenue

The real estate conglomerate, CRC Group, has unveiled plans for three monumental projects in Noida, forecasting a robust revenue generation of Rs 3500 crore. A hefty footprint of 72 lakh square feet is to be under construction for these projects, showcasing the group's resolve to significantly impact the region's urban landscape.
Among the three ventures is a state-of-the-art IT/ITeS integrated commercial project dubbed 'The Flagship’. Situated along the bustling Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, this project embodies a hefty investment of Rs 750 to Rs 800 crore and is set to reach completion by April 2027. The expected revenue from ‘The Flagship’ alone is a staggering Rs 1200 crore. This Grade-A commercial hub is envisioned to be spread across 11 acres in the heart of Uttar Pradesh's Noida sector 140A. With an expansive built-up area of around 24 lakh square feet, 12 lakh square feet is to be allocated for office premises, while four lakh square feet goes to retail and 102 service apartments.
The second project is where CRC Group is aligning with Jaypee to construct an ultra-luxury residential complex nestled with a serene golf course view. This plush residential venture, nestled in Jaypee Wishtown sector 128, is forecasted to rake in a revenue of about Rs 1500 crore.
CRC Group is also set to launch the second phase of its successful housing project, CRC Sublimis, situated in sector 1 Greater Noida West. This extension is projected to generate revenue close to Rs 800 crore.
With these projects, CRC Group is not just changing the skyline but also bringing a new wave of luxury living and commercial zest to Noida. The substantial investment underlines the group’s confidence in the region’s real estate potential and economic vigour.
