The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has launched an internet-based service for available properties within its initial-come-initial-served initiative. There are 1,629 units accessible in eight housing projects, including Madhuban Bapudham. Prices per unit start at Rs 5.7 lakh for EWS units and go up to Rs 69.42 lakh for 3BHKs. Those interested in reserving flats can use the GDA website for online bookings.
Through this step, GDA aims to take advantage of the enthusiastic festive season, a time of traditionally heightened demand. A GDA representative explained, ‘The introduction of online flat booking in GDA housing projects is aimed at increasing accessibility to these properties. Buyers can now reserve units from anywhere without the need to visit the GDA office, as was the conventional procedure.
The GDA website will effortlessly direct potential purchasers to the property page, where they can select from a choice of 1,629 units in eight housing schemes. On the website, interested parties can access information regarding location, pricing, and availability was explained by the official.
Buyers have the option to secure a flat by making a 10% down payment online and can spread the remaining balance over 12 instalments within a three-year period.
In Koyal Enclave, there are a maximum of 479 units available in the price range of Rs 24.4-34.3 lakh, comprising 1BHK and 2BHK units. Indraprastha offers 394 units of 1BHK and 2BHK apartments, priced between Rs 20-28.1 lakh.
The premium flats from GDA can be found in Madhuban Bapudham Pocket C, with a total of 343 vacant units. These units include 2BHK, 3BHK, and 3BHK with a study, with prices ranging from Rs 52.6-69.4 lakh.
Furthermore, there are 19 mini middle-income group (MIG) flats available in Madhuban Bapudham Pocket B at an affordable price range.
Madhuban Bapudham Pocket F provides 247 units, which include mini MIG and 2BHK options with prices ranging from Rs 19.3 lakh to Rs 33.8 lakh. In Pocket E, there are 73 units available, each priced at Rs 10.8 lakh.
