Keystone Realtors reported a net profit of Rs. 5.82cr in Q3 FY23

Keystone Realtors declare a consolidated net profit of Rs 5.82 crore during Q3 FY23. Its profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 88.42 crore in the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year, the business stated in a BSE filing. The company's consolidated total income in Q3 FY23 was Rs 135.55 crore comparatively to Rs 878.09 crore it reported in the same quarter last year.

In an interview captured by ET Realty, Boman Irani, the company's chairman and managing director said, "We are pleased to announce that we acquired three additional projects in the last quarter all of which are in accordance with our capital light expansion plan.”

The company completed its initial public offering (IPO) of 1,17,37,521 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each during the quarter that ended December 31, 2022. This consisted of a fresh issue of 1,03,51,201 shares totalling Rs. 56,000 lakh and an offer for sale of 13,86,320 shares by the selling shareholders totalling Rs. 7,500 lakhs. the equity shares were debuted on the BSE and Indian National Stock Exchange on November 24, 2022. 

It had a nine-month booking value of Rs 11.31 billion while 0.8 million square feet of space sold and Rs 2.80 billion in operating cash flows. According to a press release from the company, their net debt for the last quarter was Rs 0.98 billion with a net debt to equity ratio of 0.06:1.
