Thailand-based real estate developer, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), has announced the opening of its second co-working facility, Whizdom Club India, located at Golf Course Road, Gurugram. Situated in the prominent tower complex Tapasya One, a LEED Gold-rated building, this innovative co-working space spans 42,000 sq. ft. across the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, offering seating for over 450 professionals, corporates, and start-ups in the NCR region.
This expansion reinforces MQDC's commitment to revolutionise the co-working landscape, providing an ecosystem of inspiration, ideas, and innovation. Whizdom Club aims to foster creativity and sustainable projects, aligning with MQDC's focus on the well-being of all its occupants. Notably, the facility incorporates advanced Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air-conditioning systems and Treated Fresh Air (TFA) supply to enhance safety and hygiene by minimising virus transmission.
The interiors of Whizdom Club reflect MQDC's ethos of wellness and sustainability, featuring indoor plants and design elements such as sound masking and ductless air conditioning. MQDC plans to implement similar features in all their future constructions in India, ensuring a functional and seamless experience for members. Additionally, members can access facilities across Delhi and Gurgaon centres and participate in member-focused activities and skill-enhancing sessions.
