AHS Builders unveils $850 million Casa Canal Project redefining luxury living in Dubai

AHS Builders has responded to the surging demand for luxury properties in the Emirate by initiating an impressive $850 million project known as the Casa Canal Project. This ambitious venture will introduce three, four, and five-bedroom sky villas, as well as six-bedroom sky mansions and palaces, to the Dubai real estate landscape. Notably, the renowned architect Shaun Killa, the creative mind behind Dubai's Museum of the Future, has lent his expertise to design this project.
Even before the project's official launch, a remarkable 70 percent of the sky villas and mansions have been sold. The Casa Canal Project represents the third major undertaking by AHS Builders, positioning them to capitalize on the high demand for luxury properties in Dubai.
The Casa Canal villas, located along the Dubai Water Canal, offer boutique residences with prices ranging from Dh 22.5 million to Dh 185 million. This project is slated for completion and delivery in 2025. The builders also launched two other projects valued at $650 million in the previous year. AHS Developers boast a substantial portfolio worth 1.5 billion and self-finance their projects. Recognizing the escalating demand for luxury properties, the builders have strategically focused on developing villas, mansions, and palaces.
As Dubai's premier ultra-luxury developer, AHS Developers epitomizes sophistication and grandeur, offering an impressive real estate portfolio. They specialize in luxury living, crafting high-end residences in prime Dubai locations. Their luxury villas and mansions seamlessly blend luxury, comfort, and exclusivity, allowing clients to choose homes that reflect their personal style, embodying nothing but the best. These properties exude elegance and extravagance in the city's most coveted locations.
The demand for luxury real estate in the Emirates is soaring, with Dubai witnessing a remarkable 225 percent increase in luxury property demand following the pandemic. Many individuals from Europe, Russia, and other Arabian countries are eager to relocate to Dubai. Europeans, in particular, are drawn to the city, often choosing to purchase homes in Dubai. The convenience of having all essential amenities within a 20-minute walk from home is a hallmark of AHS Builders' developments.
The Dubai government has introduced initiatives such as residency permits for retirees and remote workers, and the post-pandemic recovery has been marked by increased oil prices, both of which have contributed to the upsurge in demand for luxury properties in Dubai. In fact, the sale of homes exceeding $10 million in Dubai reached a record high of 227 transactions in the first year, accompanied by a notable 40.7 percent annual increase in residential sales in 2023.
