Kerala government’s decentralisation move to streamline allocation of land titles

The Kerala government, led by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, aims to grant land pattas to 500 families in Kuttampuzha village in Ernakulam district. The cabinet engaged in discussions focused on resolving challenges associated with granting land pattas in forest areas.

This would streamline the often cumbersome process and expedite the allocation of land pattas to deserving families.
