Dubai's DAMAC Properties introduces DAMAC Casa: A Luxury Oasis with a Twist

Dubai’s DAMAC Properties has revealed an innovative real estate venture named DAMAC Casa, boasting opulent lodgings and virtual reality scuba diving simulations. This aquatic-themed architectural marvel is located in the Al Sufouh region. The company intends to introduce one of Dubai’s first scuba simulators, offering a diverse range of virtual reality adventures. These immersive encounters will transport users to various underwater destinations, such as the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and even the enigmatic realms of outer space.
The tower, Inspired by the lotus flower, provides sweeping water vistas, according to the developers. Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC, expressed pride in presenting their latest creation. DAMAC Casa is a valuable addition to our collection of distinctive luxury towers. Every aspect of this tower has been meticulously designed to align with our vision of delivering unparalleled experiences to our discerning clientele. Informed by our extensive experience and insights from our community, this new addition embodies the core values that define our company.
Located in close proximity to DAMAC’s Cavalli Tower, DAMAC Casa showcases a central “Flying Island” feature. Its luxurious units are equipped with circular outdoor terraces that offer breath taking 270-degree water views. The tower will also offer retreats inspired by oases, where the pools transform into lush island oases surrounded by verdant landscapes. The project also encompasses The Aqua Spa, where treatment rooms appear to float on water, offering a serene and otherworldly relaxation experience.
DAMAC Casa’s pools will be surrounded by vibrant palm gardens, and the tower will feature captivating aquatic artwork. Furthermore, a designated children’s play area will offer youngsters the opportunity to express their creativity in an aquatic environment, with their underwater creations displayed on digital screens in the lobby.
To enrich the island living experience, a tranquil chill-out lounge will be included, and the idea of a fully transparent 360-degree glass pool is currently being explored.
In the communal areas of DAMAC Casa, there is a deliberate effort to envelop both residents and guests in an underwater atmosphere. This will be achieved through digital elements that generate aquatic effects. The pathways will be artfully designed to evoke the sensation of being on an indoor beach.
The tower will offer a variety of apartment options, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom luxury units, as well as 3, 4, and 5-bedroom ultra-luxury apartments. Each of these apartments will be equipped with its own private elevator. Notably, every ultra-luxury unit will come with its very own private pool, creating a unique oasis-like environment.
