TVS Emerald, a subsidiary of TVS Holdings Ltd, has made an impactful entry into the real estate arena with the launch of its premier plotted development project, 'The Estate,' situated near Bangalore in Bagalur, adjacent to Sarjapur. This sprawling 33-acre development project represents a major milestone for the group as it forays into plotted development projects in the region. The response to the project has been nothing short of astounding, with an impressive total sale value of 169 crores achieved on the launch day.
