Ludhiana Development Authority issues notice to unlicensed builders over advertisements

The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has taken strict action against multiple real estate firms in the region for installing advertisement hoardings in public places without the necessary licenses. GLADA's Chief Administrator, Sagar Setia, highlighted that these promoters are legally obligated to secure a license from the authority after registering under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
