Saya Status, located in Noida, is poised to become India's tallest mall, standing at an impressive height of 250 feet. This iconic structure in Sector 129 of Noida boasts a unique and innovative design, showcasing the excellence of architectural craftsmanship. Developed by the esteemed Saya Group, a renowned name in Noida's real estate scene, this mall spans a vast 1.1 million square feet of rentable space across nine floors.
The mall's construction is set to be completed by January 2025, with a budget of Rs. 2000 crore allocated for this grand project. Saya Status has already secured leases with 30 leading brands, effectively filling half of its available retail space. This ensures a diverse shopping experience for visitors, with approximately 55 brands set to feature in the mall.
The architectural design for this impressive structure is entrusted to a prominent Singapore-based international firm, underscoring its commitment to creating a landmark building. The Chairman of the Saya Group, Vikas Bhasin, has vowed to make Saya Status one of the most recognizable office buildings in India.
The mall's nine-story layout will cater to high-end retailers and offer a wide array of services. It will also include a substantial parking area within the residential spaces, as well as an expansive 2.33 million square feet of commercial space on floors 4-9.
Saya Group's track record in delivering quality construction is well-established, with 5.37 million square feet of residential spaces already completed and an additional 2.33 million square feet of commercial space under construction, set to be handed over in the coming months.
In a unique celebration of their success, Saya Status is supporting the production of a feature film titled "Dvand," starring Sanjay Mishra and directed by Ishtiyak Khan. This endeavour reflects the company's commitment to excellence in various creative pursuits.
Saya Piazza in Jaypee Wish Town and Saya South X in Greater Noida West are also nearing completion. Saya Piazza will accommodate 50,000 families, while Saya South X will feature luxury retail brands, catering to approximately 500,000 residents in the vicinity.
