Housing.com introduces a new TV commercial centred on homeowners

The leading digital real estate company in India, Housing.com, has unveiled its latest brand campaign aimed at the upcoming festive season, building upon its successful "Parr.. se Perfect" campaign from 2022. This evolution of the campaign includes four new ads focusing on the needs of property owners and the challenges they encounter while searching for genuine buyers or tenants.

In response to the complexities faced by landlords and sellers during the decision-making process, Housing.com has introduced the Housing Assist service. This service aims to simplify the process for property owners by providing verified, price-matched, and ready buyers and tenants.

The four new ad films maintain Housing.com's signature style, blending wit, humour, and impactful storytelling to convey the challenges faced by property owners and landlords. Two of the films depict the time-consuming ordeals faced by landlords dealing with fake inquiries. In one, an individual pretends to be a prospective tenant and covertly uses the toilet, while the other features an Instagram influencer who masquerades as a tenant for a video reel. These narratives highlight the agonizing experiences of landlords dealing with deceptive inquiries. The remaining two ad films, "Bachelor Pad" and "Implants for Home Seller," address the issues of price disparity and passive inquiries that sellers often encounter. These films effectively underscore the common challenges faced by property owners and sellers in the real estate market.

The new ad films, with a targeted reach of over 100 million, have been created by McCann World Group. Housing.com, owned by REA India, plans to invest more than Rs. 40 crore in marketing over the next 12 months.

For this comprehensive campaign, the company will utilize high-impact TV, digital, and OTT platforms to reach a wide audience with a blended media strategy. The four-part series will be aired during major sporting events and popular TV shows to ensure maximum exposure.

Housing.com's previous ad campaigns featured Bollywood stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in "Yahaan Search Khatam Karo" in 2021 and Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani in "Ghar Dhoondhna Koi Inse Seekhe" in 2018.

In summary, Housing.com's latest brand campaign aims to address the challenges faced by property owners and landlords during the decision-making process and introduces Housing Assist as a solution. The campaign, marked by humour and impactful storytelling, is set to reach a wide audience through various media platforms.
