WiseX, a prominent Neo-realty investment platform in India, has joined forces with Integrow Asset Management to introduce the country's first Real Estate Portfolio Management Services (PMS). This initiative, named the CREAM Portfolio, will focus on the real estate sector and leverage WiseX's proprietary technology to enable investors to generate alpha and risk-adjusted returns in a focused Multi-cap portfolio.
India's real estate market is poised for growth and offers attractive investment opportunities. It is expected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2030 and contribute nearly 13% to India's GDP by 2025, according to the IBEF Real Estate Industry report. The Nifty Realty Index has consistently outperformed the benchmark Nifty 50 Index in various time periods, further highlighting the sector's potential.
The investment approach of the CREAM Portfolio combines income generation with the potential for significant gains, making it suitable for current volatile market conditions. This is achieved through a multi-asset allocation with strategic diversification across listed equities, listed debt, and listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). The portfolio will cover the entire real estate ecosystem, including construction materials, realty developers, REITs, housing finance, and engineering.
WiseX's proprietary technology will play a crucial role in asset evaluation. It will monitor and evaluate over 3,500 securities, shortlisting the top 30 for inclusion in the portfolio. The portfolio will be actively managed to identify optimal entry and exit scenarios, aiming to outperform the broader market index. The selection process involves real-time evaluation of over 100 data points and stringent criteria.
Ramashrya Yadav, Founder of Integrow Asset Management, emphasized the massive potential of a real estate-focused portfolio given the strong prospects in the real estate segment. He mentioned that the CREAM Strategy would offer strategically diversified investment options to various investor groups. This collaboration aims to empower investors with unprecedented access to real estate investment opportunities.
Aryaman Vir, CEO of WiseX, expressed excitement about launching India's first sector-specific real estate PMS in collaboration with Integrow Asset Management. He highlighted India's economic growth potential and the increasing interest in alternative investments in the realty sector. This venture into the PMS segment aligns with WiseX's vision of becoming the largest global Neo-Realty platform. Vir emphasized WiseX's commitment to curating high-quality investment opportunities and leveraging synergies within the Aurum PropTech ecosystem to offer stronger investment products for investors and its user base of over 60,000.
