The ultra-luxury real estate market in Dubai is experiencing a significant resurgence this year, not only thriving but also setting unprecedented global records. According to data from the Dubai Land Department, during the first half of this year, apartment sales more than doubled, showing a remarkable 63% year-on-year growth compared to 2022. A total of 46,166 apartments were sold, amounting to a staggering AED 92.5 billion in value.
Among the five most expensive apartments sold in this period, prices ranged from AED 78 million to AED 410 million, with the Dubai Marina area consistently making its presence felt on this list. Super luxury apartment prices continue to rise each quarter, with the fifth most expensive apartment in Q1 2023 selling for 65 million AED, whereas in Q2, a sale of 78 million AED was recorded.
