Enventure, a prominent engineering design services company headquartered in Bangalore, has inaugurated the Enventure Centre for Advanced Digital Construction at the esteemed PES Institute of Technology and Management (PESITM) located in Shivamogga. This visionary establishment is dedicated to involving students in the realm of cutting-edge 3D digital technologies, which have become increasingly indispensable in the global construction sector. Its primary objective is twofold: to provide employment opportunities for recent engineering graduates and to entice engineers who aspire to return to their roots in Shivamogga.
Over the forthcoming year, the Enventure Centre for Advanced Digital Construction intends to engage approximately 100 engineers from PESITM. These engineers will undergo a comprehensive three-month training program meticulously designed to equip them for the industry's demands. They will acquire the essential skills to undertake projects associated with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D designs, both of which play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and construction of structures and buildings—undoubtedly representing the future of the construction industry.
This ground breaking centre will also engage in close collaboration with the faculty to elevate the overall skill levels associated with 3D design technology. By doing so, it seeks to enrich not only the education of students but also the professional development of educators. Anil Sivadas, President of Enventure, conveyed heartfelt appreciation to PESITM for extending the opportunity to establish the Centre for Advanced Digital Construction within their campus in Shivamogga. He underscored the company's strategic focus on tapping into the burgeoning talent reservoir of tier II and tier III cities, recognizing their progressively vital role in India's employment landscape.

Enventure's expansion roadmap includes the prospective opening of more advanced centres in cities such as Mysore, Hubli, and Dharwad in the foreseeable future.
